Ingredients

  • 20 gwhite sesame seeds
  • 170 gblack sesame seeds
  • 4 tbspdate syrup
  • 50 gsultanas
  • 120 gdates
  • 150 gwhite chocolate

Instructions

  1. Toast white and black sesame seeds together in a pan.

  2. Add date syrup and cook until the mixture begins to caramelize.

  3. Press into molds and freeze in the refrigerator until firm.

  4. Blend sultanas and dates in a mixer into a paste.

  5. Slice the sesame base and top each piece with a layer of the dried fruit paste.

  6. Melt white chocolate in a water bath or microwave.

  7. Coat all sides of the pieces in melted chocolate.

  8. Refrigerate until the chocolate sets.
