No-Bake Seed, Nut and Orange Dessert — No Sugar, No Flour
A no-bake healthy dessert of mixed sesame, sunflower and pumpkin seeds with walnuts, dates, raisins and fresh orange zest, bound with a tablespoon of syrup. Vegan, gluten-free, no oven needed.

Ingredients
- 80 gwhite sesame seeds
- 50 gsunflower seeds
- 30 gpumpkin seeds
- 90 gwalnuts
- 200 gdates
- 200 graisins
- 2 tbspwater
1-2 tbsp, for grinding
- orange zest
- 1 tbspsyrup
Jerusalem artichoke, agave, maple or honey
Instructions
Combine sesame, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and walnuts in a bowl.
Add dates and raisins along with 1 to 2 tablespoons of water; grind in a meat grinder for best results.
Add orange zest and syrup to taste; mix everything thoroughly.
Let rest 15 to .
Serve immediately or refrigerate for a few hours for a firmer texture.
