  • 150 gprunes
  • 100 galmonds
  • 4 tbspcocoa
  • coconut flakes

    for rolling

Instructions

  1. Soak 150g prunes in boiling water until soft.

  2. Blend 100g almonds in a blender until finely ground.

  3. Add the drained prunes and 3-4 tablespoons cocoa; blend into a sticky mass.

  4. Shape into balls and roll in coconut flakes; store in the fridge.
