Sugar-free no-bake cookies built on baked pears, toasted oats, walnuts, cocoa, coconut oil and honey. A riff on the banana version with a fragrant pear twist.

Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 80 gwalnuts

    lightly toasted

  • 185 gbaked pears

    blended

  • 70 goat flakes

    lightly toasted

  • 3 tbspcocoa powder
  • 30 gcoconut oil
  • 1 tbsphoney

Instructions

  1. Bake pears until soft; blend to 185 g of pulp.

  2. Grind walnuts briefly in a blender.

  3. Combine pear pulp, walnuts, oats, cocoa, coconut oil and honey.

  4. Press into cookie moulds.

  5. Chill for 1- until firm.
