Ingredients

  • 100 gsesame seeds

    ground

  • 2 pieceeggs
  • salt

  • 2 tbspoat flour
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • white and black sesame seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Grind sesame seeds in a mixer bowl.

  2. Add eggs and a little salt; whisk with a mixer.

  3. Add oat flour and olive oil; stir to combine.

  4. Pour onto a baking tray lined with silicone paper.

  5. Sprinkle with a little white and black sesame seeds.

  6. Bake at 180 degrees C for 20 to .

  7. Cut into cookies while still warm.
