Ingredients

  • 260 gpeanuts

    lightly toasted, split 60 g ground finer, 200 g coarsely chopped

  • 280 gbanana pulp

    from 2 bananas

  • 3 tbspcocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Lightly toast peanuts and divide into two portions: 60 g and 200 g.

  2. Peel the 60 g and briefly grind in a mixer for 1 to 2 seconds.

  3. Crush the remaining 200 g into coarse crumbs.

  4. Blend banana pulp in a mixer.

  5. Combine banana puree with cocoa powder and the finer peanut portion.

  6. Fold in the coarsely chopped peanuts.

  7. Shape into a dessert form and refrigerate for several hours before slicing.
