No-Bake Peanut Butter Stuffed Date Bonbons

Ingredients

  • 14dates

    soft, Iranian preferred

  • 100 gpeanut butter
  • 50 gpeanuts

    pan-toasted and chopped

  • 120 gdark chocolate

    sugar-free, melted

  • 1 tbspvegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Pit 14 soft Iranian dates and open each lengthwise.

  2. Fill the dates with 100g peanut butter and freeze for to firm up.

  3. Pan-toast 50g peanuts, chop coarsely and press into the peanut butter layer.

  4. Melt 120g sugar-free dark chocolate with 1 tablespoon oil and roll each date bonbon to coat.

  5. Chill in the fridge until the chocolate shell is set.
