- 14dates
soft, Iranian preferred
- 100 gpeanut butter
- 50 gpeanuts
pan-toasted and chopped
- 120 gdark chocolate
sugar-free, melted
- 1 tbspvegetable oil
Instructions
Pit 14 soft Iranian dates and open each lengthwise.
Fill the dates with 100g peanut butter and freeze for to firm up.
Pan-toast 50g peanuts, chop coarsely and press into the peanut butter layer.
Melt 120g sugar-free dark chocolate with 1 tablespoon oil and roll each date bonbon to coat.
Chill in the fridge until the chocolate shell is set.
