- 150 gdates
soaked in hot water, pitted
- 60 gdark chocolate
melted
- 90 goats
pan-toasted
- 70 gwalnuts
pan-toasted
- shredded coconut
for garnish
Instructions
Soak 150g dates in hot water, drain and pit them. Melt 60g dark chocolate over a water bath.
Pan-toast 90g oats and 70g walnuts separately. Blend the toasted walnuts briefly.
Combine the dates, toasted oats, walnuts and melted chocolate in a blender and mix until a sticky dough forms.
Shape small cookies and garnish with shredded coconut.
Store in the refrigerator — the bites keep their shape and taste best chilled.
