- 100 gsugar
- 1 tbspvanilla sugar
- 2eggs
- 2 tbspcornstarch
- 4 tbspflour
- 800 mlmilk
- 80 gbutter
- 500 gpuff pastry cookies
Instructions
Whisk sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until smooth; stir in cornstarch and flour.
Pour in milk, bring to a boil on the stovetop, whisking constantly.
Off the heat, stir in butter until melted.
Arrange puff pastry cookies in a 22 cm form and layer with the warm custard.
Crush a few cookies for topping and coat the cake on all sides.
Chill for at least , preferably overnight, before slicing.
