Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 50 gprunes

    soaked 5 minutes in boiling water

  • 50 gdried apricots

    soaked 5 minutes in boiling water

  • 50 graisins

    soaked 5 minutes in boiling water

  • 50 gwalnuts

    toasted in a pan

  • 1¼ tbspcocoa powder

    1-1.5 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Pour boiling water over 50g prunes, 50g dried apricots and 50g raisins and soak for .

  2. Rinse and drain the fruit well.

  3. Toast 50g walnuts in a pan and grind them in a blender.

  4. Blend the walnuts with the dried fruit into a sticky paste.

  5. Knead in 1-1.5 tablespoons cocoa, shape into truffles with oiled hands and roll each in cocoa.
