- 200 gdates
- 100 gprunes
- 85 galmonds
- 3 tbspcocoa
- 30 gcoconut oil
Instructions
Soak 200g dates and 100g prunes separately in boiling water until soft.
Toast 85g almonds and grind in a blender; set aside 3 teaspoons for rolling.
Peel and pit the dates, then blend with the prunes, ground almonds, 3 tablespoons cocoa and 30g coconut oil.
Chill 5-, oil your hands and shape into balls; roll one side in the reserved almonds.
