Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 200 gdates
  • 100 gprunes
  • 85 galmonds
  • 3 tbspcocoa
  • 30 gcoconut oil

Instructions

  1. Soak 200g dates and 100g prunes separately in boiling water until soft.

  2. Toast 85g almonds and grind in a blender; set aside 3 teaspoons for rolling.

  3. Peel and pit the dates, then blend with the prunes, ground almonds, 3 tablespoons cocoa and 30g coconut oil.

  4. Chill 5-, oil your hands and shape into balls; roll one side in the reserved almonds.
