No-Bake Date Hazelnut Cocoa Truffles

Rich no-bake truffles made from Iranian dates, toasted hazelnuts, cocoa and coconut oil. Naturally sweet, five ingredients in fifteen minutes.

Ingredients

  • 200 gdates

    Iranian

  • 100 ghazelnuts
  • 3 tbspcocoa
  • 40 gcoconut oil

Instructions

  1. Soak 200g Iranian dates in boiling water until soft, then pit and peel.

  2. Toast 100g hazelnuts in a dry pan and grind in a blender.

  3. Blend the dates with the ground hazelnuts, 3 tablespoons cocoa and 40g coconut oil.

  4. Shape into balls and place in the freezer for to firm up.
