No-Bake Chocolate Oat Walnut Cookies — No Flour, No Eggs, No Sugar
No-bake chocolate cookies made of toasted walnuts, oats, cocoa, banana puree and coconut oil. Mixed and chilled in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours, no baking needed.

Ingredients
- 80 gwalnuts
lightly pan-toasted
- 70 grolled oats
lightly pan-toasted
- 3 tbspcocoa powder
- 185 gbanana pulp
from 2 bananas
- 20 gcoconut oil
Instructions
Lightly toast walnuts in a pan and grind in a mixer.
Lightly toast rolled oats in a pan.
Blend banana pulp with cocoa powder and coconut oil.
Combine with walnuts and oats and mix thoroughly.
Press the mixture into a cookie mold.
Refrigerate for 1 to before serving.
