Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs with salt, milk, vanilla, melted butter and lemon zest.

  2. Stir in flour and baking powder; fold in grated apples with lemon juice.

  3. Butter the baking pan and pour in the batter.

  4. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar.

  5. Bake at 180 °C for 40-; cool in the pan before serving.
