sifted
- 2 tspsugar
- 1 tspsalt
- 11 gdry yeast
- 680 mlwater
at room temperature
- olive oil
for drizzling
- 70 gcheese
grated
- olives
chopped
- garlic powder
- italian herbs
Instructions
Sift flour and combine with sugar, salt and yeast. Pour in water and knead into a soft dough.
Cover and rest for , then fold the dough and rest again .
Divide into pieces, roll each out and shape into focaccia rounds.
Top with grated cheese, chopped olives, olive oil, garlic powder and Italian herbs.
Bake at 180 °C for 40- until crisp and golden.
