Ingredients

  • 850 gflour

    sifted

  • 2 tspsugar
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 11 gdry yeast
  • 680 mlwater

    at room temperature

  • olive oil

    for drizzling

  • 70 gcheese

    grated

  • olives

    chopped

  • garlic powder
  • italian herbs

Instructions

  1. Sift flour and combine with sugar, salt and yeast. Pour in water and knead into a soft dough.

  2. Cover and rest for , then fold the dough and rest again .

  3. Divide into pieces, roll each out and shape into focaccia rounds.

  4. Top with grated cheese, chopped olives, olive oil, garlic powder and Italian herbs.

  5. Bake at 180 °C for 40- until crisp and golden.
