- 300 gcottage cheese

- 150 gdark chocolate
Instructions
Toast 50g walnuts in a dry pan until fragrant.
Blend the walnuts with 300g cottage cheese and 3 tablespoons honey into a smooth paste.
Spoon into silicone molds and freeze until firm, about .
Melt 150g dark chocolate in a water bath and roll each frozen bite to coat.
