Ingredients

- 150 mlmilk
- 75 mlvegetable oil
- 125 gtapioca starch
- 1egg
- 125 ghomemade cheese

Instructions
Warm the milk with vegetable oil until just simmering, then pour over the tapioca starch and stir until smooth.
Let the dough cool , then beat in the egg until glossy.
Fold in the grated homemade cheese until evenly distributed.
Scoop walnut-size balls onto a lined baking tray.
Bake at 180°C for 25- until puffed, golden and crackly.
Serve immediately while the insides are still stretchy.
