Instructions

  1. Mash 2 bananas and beat with 1 egg until smooth.

  2. Fold in gluten-free flour and a spoonful of unrefined sweetener to form a soft batter.

  3. Butter a round pan and arrange sliced banana in a circle across the base.

  4. Pour the batter over the bananas and level the top.
