- 100 grice flour
- 50 gcornstarch
- 1 tspbaking powder
- 180 gapplesauce
from 2 baked apples
- 160 mldate syrup
- 135 mlcoconut milk
- 250 gdark chocolate
melted
- 70 mlcoconut milk
added to melted chocolate
- 100 ghazelnuts

Instructions
Mix 100g rice flour, 50g cornstarch and 1 teaspoon baking powder.
Bake 2 apples to yield 180g applesauce, then whisk with 160ml date syrup and 135ml coconut milk.
Melt 250g dark chocolate and stir in 70ml coconut milk, then fold into the liquid mixture.
Add the flour blend, then 100g roasted hazelnuts, and pour into a 33×22cm lined tin.
Freeze for 1-, then bake at 180°C for 20-; cool fully before slicing.
