- 125 gbutter
- 60 gerythritol
- 3eggs
- pinchsalt
- 3 tbspmilk
- 180 ggreen buckwheat flour
- 1 tspbaking powder
- 1 gvanilla
- 2apples

Instructions
Beat 125g butter with 60g erythritol until creamy.
Whisk in 3 eggs with a pinch of salt, then 3 tablespoons milk.
Fold in 180g green buckwheat flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder and 1g vanilla.
Pour into a 20x20cm baking tin and top with 2 sliced apples and a few walnuts.
Bake at 180°C for 25-; cool and drizzle with honey or syrup before serving.
