- 170 gcoconut sugar
blended to fine
- 200 mlcoconut milk
17-23% fat
- 80 mlvegetable oil
- 120 galmond flour
- 100 ggluten-free flour
- pinchsalt
- 1 tspbaking powder
- cherries

Instructions
Blend 170g coconut sugar to a fine powder.
Whisk the coconut sugar with 200ml coconut milk and 80ml vegetable oil.
Combine 120g almond flour, 100g gluten-free flour, a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon baking powder.
Fold the flour blend into the liquid in parts until smooth, then pour into a greased tray.
Scatter cherries on top and bake at 180°C for 25-.
