Flourless Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat Cups

Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 35 gdark chocolate

    chopped

  • 100 goats

    ground in a blender

  • 120 mloat milk
  • 40 mlagave syrup

    or any syrup of choice

  • 80 gpeanut butter
  • pinchsalt
  • 1 tspbaking powder

Instructions

  1. Chop 35g dark chocolate into small pieces.

  2. Grind 100g oats in a blender, then mix with 120ml oat milk and 40ml agave syrup.

  3. Stir in 80g peanut butter, a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon baking powder.

  4. Fold in the chopped chocolate and divide between three 10x5cm ramekins.

  5. Bake at 180°C for until set, then cool slightly before serving.
