- 2bananas
- 4eggs
- 70 gcoconut flour
- 50 gbuckwheat flour
- 50 gcocoa powder
- 15 gerythritol
- 10 gbaking powder
- 1 tspolive oil
- coconut flakes
for decoration
- walnuts
for decoration
Instructions
Blend 2 bananas with 4 eggs until smooth.
Whisk in 70g coconut flour, 50g buckwheat flour, 50g cocoa, 15g erythritol and 10g baking powder.
Stir in 1 teaspoon olive oil and pour into an oiled 20cm tin.
Top with coconut flakes and chopped walnuts.
Bake at 180°C for until a skewer comes out clean.
