Ingredients

  • 120 goats
  • 150 mlwarm milk
  • 1banana
  • 1egg
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 40 gcocoa powder
  • 50 gdried cranberries

    rinsed in boiling water

  • 50 gdark chocolate

    sugar-free, for the glaze

  • 2 tbspmilk

    for the glaze

  • coconut flakes

    for decoration

Instructions

  1. Soak 120g oats in 150ml warm milk for .

  2. Blend 1 banana into a puree with the soaked oats.

  3. Stir in 1 egg, 1 teaspoon baking powder and 40g cocoa until smooth.

  4. Fold in 50g rinsed dried cranberries.

  5. Pour into a greased tin and bake at 190°C for 40-.

  6. Melt 50g dark chocolate with 2 tablespoons milk, pour over the cooled cake and top with coconut flakes.
