  • 4eggs
  • 10 gbaking powder
  • 80 gcorn or oat flour
  • 3 tbspdate syrup
  • 2apples
  • oil

    for greasing

  • oats

    a pinch, for topping

Instructions

  1. Whip 4 eggs with 10g baking powder until airy.

  2. Whisk in 80g corn or oat flour and 3 tablespoons date syrup until smooth.

  3. Slice 2 apples and arrange in a greased 18cm tin.

  4. Pour the batter over the apples and sprinkle with a pinch of oats.

  5. Bake at 160°C for until golden.
