- 200 gkefir
or yogurt
- 100 ggreen buckwheat flour
- 50 gbrown rice flour
- 10 gpotato starch
- 1 tspbaking powder
- ½ tspsalt
- 1egg
- 15 gbutter
- black sesame seeds
for topping
Instructions
Stir 200g kefir with 100g green buckwheat flour and 50g brown rice flour; rest in the fridge , piercing the surface.
Add 10g potato starch and 1 teaspoon baking powder; stir in 0.5 teaspoon salt, 1 egg and 15g butter.
Transfer to a buttered loaf pan and top with black sesame.
Bake at 180°C for 40-; cool before slicing.
