- 100 gchia seeds
- 150 mlhot water
- 10 tbspdate syrup
- 70 gcoconut flour
- coconut flakes
for rolling
Instructions
Soak 100g chia seeds in 150ml hot water for 10- until gelled.
Stir in 10 tablespoons date syrup and 70g coconut flour; mix until smooth.
Shape into small balls.
Roll each in coconut flakes; store in the fridge and enjoy.
