Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 100 gcashews

    pan-toasted

  • 200 gdried apricots
  • 90 gdates

Instructions

  1. Toast cashews in a pan.

  2. Blend dried apricots with half of the cashews in a mixer.

  3. Add dates and blend further; work in batches or use a meat grinder if needed.

  4. Coarsely grind the second half of the cashews in a mixer for the coating.

  5. With wet hands, shape the mixture into candies.

  6. Roll each candy in the chopped cashew coating.

  7. Refrigerate for before serving.
