  • 1banana

  • 20 gcoconut oil
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 360 gcottage cheese

  • 20 gcorn starch
  • 30 gcoconut blossom sugar
  • almond flakes

    for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk together oats, grated apple and carrot, mashed banana, 2 eggs, coconut oil and 1 teaspoon baking powder for the base.

  2. Spread the oat base in an oiled baking dish and smooth the top.

  3. Beat the cottage cheese with 2 eggs, corn starch, coconut blossom sugar and the second teaspoon of baking powder for a silky topping.

  4. Pour the cottage-cheese layer over the oat base and scatter almond flakes on top.

  5. Bake at 180°C for 30- until the center is set and the edges are golden.

  6. Cool in the pan before slicing into squares.
