- 360 gcottage cheese

Instructions
Whisk together oats, grated apple and carrot, mashed banana, 2 eggs, coconut oil and 1 teaspoon baking powder for the base.
Spread the oat base in an oiled baking dish and smooth the top.
Beat the cottage cheese with 2 eggs, corn starch, coconut blossom sugar and the second teaspoon of baking powder for a silky topping.
Pour the cottage-cheese layer over the oat base and scatter almond flakes on top.
Bake at 180°C for 30- until the center is set and the edges are golden.
Cool in the pan before slicing into squares.
