- 1banana
- 250 gblueberries
- 150 mlyogurt
sugar-free
- 1½ tbsphoney
Instructions
Peel 1 banana and place in the blender.
Add 250g blueberries and 150ml sugar-free yogurt.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Sweeten with 1.5 tablespoons honey and pulse again.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
