Ingredients

  • apples

    a few, baked in the oven to yield applesauce

  • 180 gapplesauce

    from baked apples

  • 100 goats
  • 50 gpumpkin seeds
  • 1 tspflaxseed

    optional

  • 1 tbspvegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Bake a few apples in the oven until soft and blend to yield about 180g of applesauce.

  2. Stir the applesauce together with 100g oats, 50g pumpkin seeds, 1 teaspoon flaxseed and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil until well combined.

  3. Scoop the dough into rounds and shape into cookies on a lined baking tray.

  4. Bake at 180°C for until set.

  5. Reheat for the next morning if baking ahead; optional: add 1-2 tablespoons oats and 1 teaspoon baking powder for a softer texture.
