A healthy keto avocado bread for breakfast, rich in monounsaturated fats and protein. Made with avocado, egg and pumpkin seeds, baked in small pans for a nutritious start to the day.

Ingredients
- 150 gavocado
- 1 pieceegg
- 40 gpumpkin seeds
- salt
a little
- vegetable oil
for greasing
- sesame seeds
a little, for topping
Instructions
Mash avocado with egg and salt
Stir in pumpkin seeds
Grease a small baking pan with oil
Spread the mixture into the pan
Sprinkle with sesame seeds
Bake at 180 C for 15-
