Instructions
Mash avocado with egg
Mix in grated parmesan, oregano and black pepper
Grease a baking pan with vegetable oil
Spread the mixture into the pan

This is my husband's new favourite bread.
I had no idea you could make actual bread without wheat flour. My sister told me about this channel after she was diagnosed with celiac. We made this together on Sunday and it was wonderful. Already planning to make it again.
