Ingredients

- 2apples
- lemon juice
a splash
- 4 tbspsugar-free syrup
or honey
- 2egg whites
- butter
for greasing
- 160 goats
Instructions
Grate 1 apple, toss with a splash of lemon juice and 3-4 tablespoons sugar-free syrup, then whisk in 2 egg whites.
Slice the second apple into thin pieces.
Grease a baking dish with butter and arrange a layer of apple slices.
Add a layer of oats, spread the apple-egg-white mixture on top, then finish with another layer of oats.
Press the final layer of oats firmly with the back of a spoon.
Bake at 190°C for 30- until the top is golden and the apples are tender.
