Apple Oat Cottage Cheese Muffins with Walnuts

- 100 grolled oats
1 cup
- 2apples
grated
- 2eggs
- 100 gcottage cheese
- 1 tspbaking powder
- 1 tbspcocoa
- walnuts
for topping
Instructions
Whisk the oats with grated apple, eggs, cottage cheese, cocoa and baking powder into a thick batter.
Let the batter rest so the oats absorb moisture.
Oil a muffin tin and divide the batter among the cups, pressing a few walnut pieces into each top.
Bake at 180°C for 20- until the tops spring back.
Cool in the tin before turning out.
