Apple Oat Cottage Cheese Muffins with Walnuts

Ingredients

  • 100 grolled oats

    1 cup

  • 2apples

    grated

  • 2eggs
  • 100 gcottage cheese
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tbspcocoa
  • walnuts

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Whisk the oats with grated apple, eggs, cottage cheese, cocoa and baking powder into a thick batter.

  2. Let the batter rest so the oats absorb moisture.

  3. Oil a muffin tin and divide the batter among the cups, pressing a few walnut pieces into each top.

  4. Bake at 180°C for 20- until the tops spring back.

  5. Cool in the tin before turning out.
