Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 100 graisins

    soaked in boiling water

  • 100 grolled oats

    1 cup

  • 2apples

    puréed

  • 120 mlwater
  • 2eggs
  • 1banana
  • 100 gcherries

    pitted

  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 50 gBrazil nuts

    chopped

Instructions

  1. Soak the raisins in boiling water for , then drain.

  2. Purée the apples with water and banana, then whisk in the eggs.

  3. Stir the oats and baking powder into the apple mixture and fold in raisins and cherries.

  4. Pour into an oiled baking dish and scatter chopped Brazil nuts over the top.

  5. Bake at 180°C for 30- until set and golden.

  6. Cool slightly before cutting into squares.
