  • 3eggs
  • 3 tbspsugar-free syrup
  • 150 mlmilk
  • 100 grice flour

    sifted

  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 20 gbutter
  • 2apples

    peeled and grated

  • 2bananas

    thinly sliced

  • milk powder

    for dusting

Instructions

  1. Whisk 3 eggs with 2-3 tablespoons sugar-free syrup, then stir in 150ml milk until smooth.

  2. Sift in 100g rice flour with 1 teaspoon baking powder, fold in 20g melted butter and mix to a uniform batter.

  3. Fold in 2 grated apples and 2 thinly sliced bananas so the fruit outweighs the batter.

  4. Pour into an oiled baking dish and bake at 170°C for 35- until golden.

  5. Cool the cake and dust with milk powder instead of icing sugar before slicing.
