- 100 mlsyrup
date, agave, maple or honey (about 125g)
- 125 gcoconut sugar
- 1egg white
from 1 egg
- 100 galmond flour
- 100 gcoconut flour
Instructions
Whip the white of 1 egg with 125g coconut sugar and 100ml date syrup until frothy.
Simmer the mixture for 1- on low heat, stirring constantly.
Stir in 100g almond flour and 100g coconut flour and cook 1- more until thickened.
Spoon the warm mixture into a mould and smooth.
Chill in the fridge until fully set, then cut or scoop into macaroons.
