  • 240 gshredded coconut
  • 190 gcondensed milk

    180-200 g

  • 20 gcocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Mix shredded coconut with condensed milk until combined.

  2. Divide the mixture into two parts, roughly 30/70.

  3. Stir cocoa powder into the smaller part.

  4. Roll out the cocoa layer, then wrap the plain layer around it and roll into a log.

  5. Chill for 2-. Roll in extra coconut if desired and slice.
