A minimal dessert of melted dark chocolate, banana puree and coconut flakes. Frozen until firm and sliced like chocolate bars. No sugar, no flour.

Ingredients
- 160 gdark chocolate
- 250 gbanana pulp
- 2 tbspcoconut flakes
Instructions
Melt dark chocolate in the microwave on the defrost mode.
Blend banana pulp in a mixer.
Combine melted chocolate with banana puree and mix well.
Transfer to a mold and sprinkle coconut flakes on top.
Freeze for several hours before slicing.
