- 100 gsugar
- 30 gbutter
- 120 mlmilk
- 180 gflour
- 10 gbaking powder
- vanilla
to taste
- 1orange
or 2 mandarins
- 30 gbutter
melted, for top
- 1½ tbspsugar
for top
Instructions
Whisk the egg with sugar and softened butter.
Stir in milk, flour, baking powder and vanilla to a smooth batter.
Grease a 20 cm baking form and pour in the batter; top with sliced orange or mandarin segments.
Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 180 °C for 30- until golden.
