Dessert sans cuisson aux graines, noix et orange — sans sucre, sans farine
Un dessert sain sans cuisson de sésame, tournesol et graines de courge mélangés avec des noix, dattes, raisins secs et zeste d'orange frais, lié avec une cuillère de sirop. Végan, sans gluten, pas besoin de four.

Ingrédients
- 80 gwhite sesame seeds
- 50 gsunflower seeds
- 30 gpumpkin seeds
- 90 gwalnuts
- 200 gdates
- 200 graisins
- 2 tbspwater
1-2 tbsp, for grinding
- orange zest
- 1 tbspsyrup
Jerusalem artichoke, agave, maple or honey
Instructions
Combine sesame, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and walnuts in a bowl.
Add dates and raisins along with 1 to 2 tablespoons of water; grind in a meat grinder for best results.
Add orange zest and syrup to taste; mix everything thoroughly.
Let rest 15 to .
Serve immediately or refrigerate for a few hours for a firmer texture.
