  • 250 mloat milk

Instructions

  1. Stir 7g agar-agar into 250ml oat milk and let it bloom for .

  2. Meanwhile, blend 2 bananas to a smooth puree (about 300g). Pour the oat milk with agar into the banana puree, bring to a gentle boil and simmer for , stirring constantly.

  3. Pour most of the mixture into serving molds. Stir 1 tablespoon cocoa and 1 tablespoon oat milk into the remaining portion and swirl it over the top of each mold.
