Ingredients

  • 70 ghazelnuts

    pan-toasted, chopped

  • 200 grice flour
  • 10 gbaking powder

    about 1/2 tsp

  • 1 tspcinnamon
  • 100 graisins

    soaked in 200g oat milk

  • 200 goat milk

    for soaking raisins

  • 170 gapple

    about 1 apple, blended

  • 3 tbspvegetable oil
  • 2 tspapple cider vinegar
  • 50 gfrozen cherries

Instructions

  1. Pan-toast 70g hazelnuts and chop in a blender.

  2. Soak 100g raisins in 200g oat milk for .

  3. Mix 200g rice flour, 10g baking powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and the chopped hazelnuts.

  4. Blend 170g apple smooth and combine with the raisin-milk mixture, 3 tablespoons oil and 2 teaspoons vinegar.

  5. Fold wet into dry, pour into a 24.5cm greased form, scatter 50g cherries and bake at 160°C for 50-.
