Vegan Agar Chocolate Pudding (No Gelatin)
Rich chocolate pudding thickened with agar-agar on oat milk, coconut sugar and melted chocolate. Set in the fridge to a panna-cotta-like bite, no gelatin needed.

Ingredients
Ingredients updated to metric measurements
- 600 mloat milk
or coconut, any vegan milk
- 125 gcoconut sugar
- 12 gagar-agar
- 25 gcocoa powder
- 125 gchocolate
Instructions
Whisk 600ml oat milk with 125g coconut sugar in a saucepan.
Add 12g agar-agar, 25g cocoa and 125g chocolate and stir until dissolved.
Bring to a boil and cook for 1- until fully activated.
Pour into a mould or individual cups.
Chill in the fridge for about until set and dust with extra cocoa before serving.
