blender-ground
- 2bananas

- 30 mlolive oil
- 1 tspbaking powder
- 1apple
halved for topping
- raisins
for topping
- tbsphoney
or sugar-free syrup
Instructions
Grind 2 cups oats to flour in a blender and mash 2 bananas with a fork.
Mix the oats with the bananas, 30ml olive oil and 1 teaspoon baking powder until a sticky dough forms.
Grease a baking tray with olive oil, portion the dough into circles and press lightly.
Top each round with an apple slice and a few raisins, then brush with honey or sugar-free syrup.
Bake at 180°C for 25- until the edges turn golden. Cool before serving.
