Ingredients

- 1egg
- pinchsalt
- 60 gerythritol
- 60 gbutter
- 150 gsunflower seeds
- 100 goats
- 1 tspbaking powder
- 2 tbspcocoa
Instructions
Whisk 1 egg with a pinch of salt until frothy.
Stir in 60g erythritol and 60g butter until combined.
Grind 150g sunflower seeds, 100g oats, 1 teaspoon baking powder and 2 tablespoons cocoa in a blender, then add to the mixture.
Mix into a dough and shape into cookies on a baking tray.
Bake at 200°C for 10-; cool fully before serving.
