Ingredients

  • 200 goats
  • 3 tbspsour cream
  • 100 gbutter
  • lemon zest

    from 1/2 lemon

  • lemon juice

    a splash

  • 70 gerythritol
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 150 gcarrots

    grated

Instructions

  1. Grind 200g oats in a blender; combine with 3 tablespoons sour cream and 100g melted butter. Rest .

  2. Stir in lemon zest, a splash of lemon juice, 70g erythritol and 1 teaspoon baking powder.

  3. Fold in 150g grated carrots until a dough forms.

  4. Shape into cookies on an oiled tray; bake at 180°C for 10-. Cool before serving.
