- 200 goats
- 3 tbspsour cream
- 100 gbutter
- lemon zest
from 1/2 lemon
- lemon juice
a splash
- 70 gerythritol
- 1 tspbaking powder
- 150 gcarrots
grated
Instructions
Grind 200g oats in a blender; combine with 3 tablespoons sour cream and 100g melted butter. Rest .
Stir in lemon zest, a splash of lemon juice, 70g erythritol and 1 teaspoon baking powder.
Fold in 150g grated carrots until a dough forms.
Shape into cookies on an oiled tray; bake at 180°C for 10-. Cool before serving.
