- 80 graisins
- 100 goats
ground
- 30 gcoconut flour
- 30 galmond flour
- ⅔ tspbaking powder
- pinchsalt
- 1banana
- 30 gcoconut oil
Instructions
Soak 80g raisins in boiling water; grind 100g oats in a blender.
Combine the ground oats with 30g coconut flour, 30g almond flour, 2/3 teaspoon baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Blend 1 banana with the drained raisins and add to the dry mix with 30g coconut oil.
Shape into cookies and bake at 180°C for 20-.
