Ingredients

  • 80 graisins
  • 100 goats

    ground

  • 30 gcoconut flour
  • 30 galmond flour
  • ⅔ tspbaking powder
  • pinchsalt
  • 1banana
  • 30 gcoconut oil

Instructions

  1. Soak 80g raisins in boiling water; grind 100g oats in a blender.

  2. Combine the ground oats with 30g coconut flour, 30g almond flour, 2/3 teaspoon baking powder and a pinch of salt.

  3. Blend 1 banana with the drained raisins and add to the dry mix with 30g coconut oil.

  4. Shape into cookies and bake at 180°C for 20-.
