  • 40 gpistachios

    cleaned weight from 100 g in shell

  • 200 gsunflower seeds

    shelled and lightly toasted

  • 50 graisins

Instructions

  1. Blend banana pulp in a mixer.

  2. Peel pistachios to get 40 g of pistachio meat.

  3. Lightly toast shelled sunflower seeds.

  4. Combine banana, pistachios, sunflower seeds and raisins; mix well.

  5. Shape cookies on a baking tray lined with silicone paper (or grease with oil).
