Ingredients
- 130 gbanana pulp
- 40 gpistachios
cleaned weight from 100 g in shell
- 200 gsunflower seeds
shelled and lightly toasted
- 50 graisins
Instructions
Blend banana pulp in a mixer.
Peel pistachios to get 40 g of pistachio meat.
Lightly toast shelled sunflower seeds.
Combine banana, pistachios, sunflower seeds and raisins; mix well.
Shape cookies on a baking tray lined with silicone paper (or grease with oil).

Beautiful color and satisfying crunch.
Good but expensive with pistachios. Tried with walnuts instead and it still works well.
Decent cookies but slightly oily. Might reduce the nut quantity next time.
